Tom Brady officially announces retirement from NFL

After a couple days of speculation and confusion amongst NFL insiders, legendary quarterback Tom Brady has set the record straight.

The 44-year old has officially announced his decision to retire from football via social media.

Brady won seven Super Bowls, five Super Bowl MVPs, and cemented his legacy at the best quarterback in NFL history during his 22 seasons and 318 career games split between the New England Patriots and Buccaneers, dating all the way back to 2001.
