The Los Angeles Dodgers have won the Freddie Freeman sweepstakes!

The team announced that they have signed the superstar first baseman to a six-year, $162 million contract extension with an average annual value of $27 million.

The deal includes no opt-out or no-trade clauses, which means the team can move him if things don’t work out down the line.

The 32-year old has posted a .295 batting average, .893 OPS, 1704 hits, 271 homers, 941 RBI and 776 walks over a span of 1565 career games and 12 MLB seasons, all with the Atlanta Braves organization.

During that span, he has won a National League MVP Award, Gold Glove Award, NL Hank Aaron Award, three Silver Slugger Awards, and a World Series title. He is also a five-time MLB All-Star.
