MUST SEE: Andrei Svechnikov levels Hampus Lindholm with MASSIVE open ice hit!

The Carolina Hurricanes dominated the Boston Bruins in every fashion of the game last night to secure themselves a 2-0 series lead heading back to Boston.

The cherry on top was when Hurricanes forward Andrei Svechnikov caught Bruins defenceman Hampus Lindholm with his head down behind the net and abolsutely dummied him with a big-time open ice hit that sent shockwaves through PNC Arena.

Unfortunately for Lindholm, he had to be taking off the ice by a trainer after coming up completely wobbly. Lets hope for the best for him and his long term health.
