It’s been an awful start to the season for the Montreal Canadiens, but they are finally receiving some good news.

All-Star netminder Carey Price is set to rejoin the team on Monday after spending the minimum of 30 days required in the NHL’s player assistance program, which was created by the NHLPA to assists players and families with mental health and substance/alcohol abuse issues.

Price had voluntarily entered the program just before the start of the season on October 7th.

The 34-year old, who led Montreal to the Stanley Cup Final this past postseason, has spent his entire career with the Canadiens organization since being selected fifth overall in the 2005 NHL Draft.

It remains unclear when we will see Carey Price return to action.
