Things could be going from bad to worse for the Utah Jazz.
All-Star Donovan Mitchell is set to be reevaluated on Tuesday following a hamstring injury he sustained during the fourth quarter of the team’s 102-77 blowout loss in Game 5 of their first round playoff series with the Dallas Mavericks.
He finished the game with just 9 points on 4-of-15 shooting, and a plus/minus of -38 through 32 minutes of action on the night.
He has averaged 26.0 points, 5.0 assists and 3.6 rebounds through five games this series.
The Utah Jazz currently trail 3-2, and will be eliminated if they lose the next game on Thursday at 10:00pm/ET.
